3Registration & Account Management

916kis account registration is free and can be completed in a short amount of time. During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, complete, and up to date. 916kis reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 916kis. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the following actions:

  • All related accounts will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
  • The funds in those accounts may be frozen pending the completion of the investigation;
  • Any bonuses or wins obtained through multiple accounts may be forfeited.
  • 916kis reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including your username and password. Please notify the 916kis support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Note: The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is part of 916kis's standard security procedures. You may be required to submit identification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other verified documents for identity verification before a withdrawal is approved.

4Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

916kis accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a variety of approved payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the Finance section of the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions must be observed by all members:

  • Deposited funds must originate from an account registered in the same member's name. 916kis does not accept third-party deposits;
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or a verified account held in the member's name.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as specified in the Finance section and are subject to change from time to time.
  • The first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be approved.
  • 916kis reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that are suspicious or in violation of its anti-money laundering (AML) policy;
  • Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status.
Important: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds that meet the specified wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Please review the relevant promotion terms before accepting any bonus.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

916kis offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, exclusive VIP offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General terms applicable to all 916kis bonuses and promotions:

  • Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. The wagering rate will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion;
  • Bonuses are only valid for the specified period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited;

6Game Rules & Fairness

Members agree to comply with the following game rules throughout their use of the 916kis platform:

  • The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that manipulates game outcomes or provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • Any form of collusion between players aimed at exploiting the system or harming other players is a serious violation.

8Account Suspension & Termination

916kis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, or requests from legal authorities.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the 916kis support team. The account closure procedure is as follows:

  • All eligible balances will be returned to the member within the designated processing period after verification is complete.
  • Any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
  • Personal data will be managed in accordance with the applicable 916kis Privacy Policy;
  • Accounts closed at the member's request under responsible gaming self-exclusion cannot be reopened within the designated period.
Strict Warning: Accounts terminated due to fraud, money laundering, or serious breaches of terms will not be eligible for reinstatement, and any associated balance may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation or referred to the relevant authorities.

916kis's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While a dispute resolution is in progress, members must continue to comply with these Terms and Conditions and are not permitted to take unilateral actions such as filing unauthorized chargebacks or publicly disclosing the dispute before the internal process is concluded.
